Land Mark: Khandola-Marcel , about 20 km from Panajim
Brief history: The original temple was located on the island of Divar (area adjoining the Chuch of Our Lady of Piedade).After it was destroyed by the Porduguese around year 1540 idle was moved to Khandepar in Ponda taluka, later Narve in Bicholim taluka and finally to Khandola around 1750.
